AGC Congratulates 27 Scholarship Recipients on the 23RD Anniversary of the Program

AGC Members broke another record this year when they awarded an astonishing 27 men and women with AGC of Texas scholarships. The Chapter has continued to develop and improve upon the scholarship program by focusing on advertising of materials and tying its funding to the flagship event of the Chapter.
Ben Liggett expected to have a good time at his first AGC Management Conference, but he could not have imagined how rewarding those four days in Sun Valley, Idaho would be.
The Texas Legislature has adjourned after 140 days of fighting, disagreements and verbal skirmishes – and without passing some necessary legislation. Fortunately, issues critical to our industry, such as highway funding, were not affected.
